The benefit of tinting your tail lights with film vs. painting them is that if you ever wanted to reverse the tinting it can just peel off. If you paint them and want to return them to stock you have to buy new tail lights which can be very expensive. We at Breakers use a specially designed film specifically for tail lights so they don’t peel and look as good as painted tail lights.
