At Breakers Stereo we believe tinting should last the life time of car/ vehicle. That’s why all our tint comes with a lifetime warranty. Our tint warranty is not only cover by Breakers Stereo but also covered by the tint manufacture as well. That’s why we carry only the Formula One Tint Brand. We are the only Formula One Tinting dealer in the Oxnard/ Ventura county area. The tint warranty covers peeling, bubbling and especially discoloration or turning purple. That is one of the differences between our partnership with Formula One Tint. We cover discoloration or turning purple. Most tint shops and tint companies will not cover discoloration or turning purple. Another thing we do different then most tint shops in the Oxnard/ Ventura County area is that we use a computer with a plotter to cut out the pattern for the tint. Most tint shops in the Oxnard/ Ventura County area trace the outside of the window glass with a razor blade to cut out the pattern. Thus not giving an accurate cut and possibly leaving scratches on your glass caused by the razor blade. We eliminate these two tinting issues with the use of our computer and plotter.
Here at Breakers we have various film to chose from starting with the Classic Series Tint which is a dyed tint. Whereas most dyed tint has the tendency to turn purple this tint will not and has a lifetime warranty against it. We have 4 tint shades to choose from in this line 50%, 35%, 15% and 5%.
The next series tint in the Formula One line is the Comfort Series Tint. The Comfort Series Tint is a combination dyed and metalized tint that has better heat rejection then the Classic Series Tint. The tint shades available are 50%, 38%, 20% and 5%. Although the performance is better vs. the Classic Series Tint if your car is equipped with the am/fm antenna embedded in the rear window then this tint will interfere with the am/fm reception. The alternative to the Comfort Series Tint is the Pinnacle Tint.
The Pinnacle Tint is a ceramic based film that performs similarly to the Comfort Series Tint but will not interfere with the am/fm reception if your car has the antenna in the rear window. The available tint shades for the pinnacle tint are 50% 35% and 15%.
